Well usually theres a simple explaination which is look for payment proof from a lot of different people. But with bux.to and other places thats some times not the case because there is a lot of people that got paid but suddenly they didn't pay any one anymore.
Look for payment proof in forum form. If its not in a form that people can post there proof then its probably legit. But if its in blog form then i would say probably don't even test it out with out looking up. and if theres no payment proof just skip over it. except for the popular sites in the past like neobux.com
How much do they pay? Well i have came a cross a lot of different PTC sites that say they pay like 50 cents per view or even 10 dollars. And i dought they even make that much money off advertisers. So go sign up for advertisers and see how much they charge and find out how much it is per view and if its less them then how ever much they pay. i would say SCAM!
Okay now this is a method that is most of the time true. If the website has a .co.cc or .info domain then most likely its a scam. because that says in need of money or a scam for a PTC site.
